When starting NSNG, one of the first questions I get is what do I eat for a snack…what to eat for lunch…what to eat for breakfast, dinner, thanksgiving, dessert, life…

Roll-Ups (aka Lettuce Wraps) are a great way to get your sandwich fix.  And you NSNG veterans will back me up on the power of a strong, sturdy lettuce leaf to revive tacos and burgers as well.  Add in bell peppers, radishes, and/or carrots for crunch, and you’ll get full in no time.

  • Sandwich meat (I use Applegate Farms uncured meats)
  • Sliced Cheese
  • Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • Mayo & Mustard
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  1. Assemble all ingredients into your romaine leaf, roll up. Eat. Make another. Repeat eat.
