Lunch Ideas: Roll-Ups

Roll Ups

When starting NSNG, one of the first questions I get is what do I eat for a snack…what to eat for lunch…what to eat for breakfast, dinner, thanksgiving, dessert, life…

Roll-Ups (aka Lettuce Wraps) are a great way to get your sandwich fix.  And you NSNG veterans will back me up on the power of a strong, sturdy lettuce leaf to revive tacos and burgers as well.  Add in bell peppers, radishes, and/or carrots for crunch, and you’ll get full in no time.

Thanks for going after her, Anna!!!! She’s just another in a long line of mean-mouths that our society is producing by the boatloads, lately. Standing up to these verbal bullies is imperative – thanks, again! You’re a real peach!
