Roll-Ups (aka Lettuce Wraps) are a great way to get your sandwich fix. And you NSNG veterans will back me up on the power of a strong, sturdy lettuce leaf to revive tacos and burgers as well. Add in bell peppers, radishes, and/or carrots for crunch, and you’ll get full in no time.
- Sandwich meat (I use Applegate Farms uncured meats)
- Sliced Cheese
- Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- Mayo & Mustard
- Avocado, sliced
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Tomato, sliced
- Assemble all ingredients into your romaine leaf, roll up. Eat. Make another. Repeat eat.
